By registering for and participating in our outdoor adventure activities—which include rock climbing, backpacking, scrambling, and hiking—you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for the outing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

2. Safety and Instruction Compliance

Guide Instructions: You agree to follow all instructions provided by the designated guide at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, the safe and appropriate use of all provided safety equipment across all activities.

Mandatory Safety Practices: Failure to adhere to safety instructions may result in the immediate cancellation of your participation without any refund.
3. Assumption of Risk

Inherent Risks: Participation in these outdoor activities—including rock climbing, backpacking, scrambling, and hiking—involves inherent risks such as falls, equipment malfunction, exposure to harsh weather, and challenging terrain.

Additional Risks: You acknowledge that additional risks may include acute mountain sickness, wildlife encounters, and other unforeseen hazards typical of high-altitude and natural environments.

Physical Condition: You certify that you are in adequate physical condition to participate and have disclosed any pre-existing health conditions or concerns to the guide prior to the outing.
4. Weather and Itinerary Adjustments

Weather Conditions: The guide reserves the right to change the location or modify the itinerary—including adjustments to scheduled rock climbing, backpacking, scrambling, or hiking activities—due to adverse weather or unsafe conditions.

Flexibility: Your participation is subject to these changes, and you agree to remain flexible with respect to any schedule or location adjustments.
5. Environmental Responsibility

Leave No Trace: All participants agree to comply with Leave No Trace principles, ensuring that the natural environment is respected and preserved. This includes proper disposal of waste and minimizing environmental impact during all outdoor activities.

Conservation Commitment: You commit to leaving each site in the same or better condition than you found it.
6. Pets and Unregistered Participants

No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the outing unless you have received specific authorization from the guide beforehand.

Unregistered Guests: Only participants who are officially registered are permitted to join. Bringing unregistered participants is strictly prohibited.

Non-Compliance: Violation of this clause may result in the immediate termination of your participation without a refund.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participant Non-Compliance: If you fail to follow the guide’s instructions or any of these terms, the guide reserves the right to cancel your participation in the outing with no refund.

Outing Cancellations: In cases where the outing is canceled by the guide (due to weather, safety concerns, etc.), details regarding refunds or rescheduling will be communicated in advance.

Rescheduling: Any changes or cancellations made by the guide will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with the safety of all participants as the top priority.
8. Liability and Indemnification

Release of Liability: By participating, you release and hold harmless the guide, affiliated organizations, and their respective agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and defend the guide and related parties against any claims arising out of your failure to comply with these terms.
9. Medical Emergencies and Insurance

Medical Disclosure: You are responsible for informing the guide of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect your safety during any of the activities.

Insurance Recommendation: It is highly recommended that you maintain adequate health and accident insurance coverage for the duration of the outing.
10. Photography and Media Release

Media Consent: By participating in the outing, you consent to being photographed and/or video recorded. These images or recordings may be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless you indicate otherwise in writing.

Opt-Out: Should you prefer not to be included in any media, please notify the guide prior to the outing.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the outing is held.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from your participation or these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
12. Amendments and Updates

Right to Modify: The guide reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

Continued Participation: Continued participation in the outing after such changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Participant Experience Disclosure and Customization

Service Customization: Our services are custom-tailored based on the information you provide regarding your experience, physical fitness, and skills in rock climbing, backpacking, scrambling, and hiking.

Accurate Disclosure: You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete details about your experience and skill level. Any misrepresentation or omission may result in you being assigned to activities or routes that do not match your abilities.

Consequences of Inaccurate Reporting: In the event that it is determined you have inaccurately described your experience, you may be subject to cancellation of your participation without refund, and you will assume all resulting risks and liabilities.
